Matekar Boxes accepts two payment methods, and only two.
What we accept
- UPI — pay from any UPI-enabled bank account at checkout by scanning the QR code or entering your UPI ID.
- Cash on Delivery — pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you.
What we do not accept
We do not accept credit or debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, cheques or bank drafts. We do not store card details, because we never take them.
Currency and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Prices can change without notice — the price that applies is the one displayed when you place the order.
GST
Matekar Boxes is not registered under GST. Our annual turnover is below the threshold at which registration becomes compulsory, so GST is not charged separately on any order and no GST tax invoice is issued. The price shown against a product is the full amount payable for that item — nothing is added at checkout except shipping where it applies.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on orders shipping to serviceable pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers rarely carry change. If the courier cannot collect payment, the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled.
Payment confirmation
A UPI payment is confirmed on this website within a few seconds. If money leaves your account and the order does not confirm, please do not pay twice — email [email protected] with the UPI reference number and we will reconcile it and either complete or refund the order.
Security
This website runs over HTTPS. UPI payments are completed inside your own banking or UPI application; we never see, handle or store your UPI PIN, card numbers or banking passwords.
